•I would like to thank authors for the effort and attention to such patients with special need.
•Regarding the title, the question mark (?) should be omitted. It is not a question. It could be (:).
•Preoperative photo (figure 1) is not clear enough to show the upper jaw.
•I think some laboratory details should be briefly mentioned.
•In the report section, patient satisfaction regarding retention, esthetic, function…… etc. should be mentioned in details, not only shortly in the conclusion.
•The treatment outcome in a case report is measured by long term follow up. I think this good work should be supported by long term follow up. -

As a prosthodontontist, we are regularly dealing with maxillofacial trauma patients or patient with congenital and acquried defects. We most of the time feels that if possible patients should be consulted before/during surgery which increases success of the prosthesis.

This is excellent article. But if the references would have been recent it would have been more evidence base. latest reference was 1991 almost 20 yrs back and withing these years dentistry has been changed a lot.

To present the prosthetic rehabilitation of a maxillofacial trauma patient with maxillary complete denture. It is important.
