    The article requires major modifications as the sentences are gramatically incorrect and will definitely not appeal to an international audience . May i suggest takng help from authors expert in english language writing .

    We are doing percutaneous biliary drainage at our institute fairly regularly and the authors findings and succes rates  are equivalent.
