    Nice article with a review of heart vessels anatomy, morphology and pathologic processes in diabetic patients. Educative figures are appropriate, literature accurately cited. This subjects is very important in a clinicians life and is therefore crucial to talk, write and read about it every now and then, especially from different perspectives.
