  • Other Comments:

The interpretations are sound for the single patient described in the case report. It remains to be seen if this is applicable to a wider range of subjects.

Poor editing has diminished the overall appeal of the paper. Grammatical errors and misspelled words are distracting and need to be corrected if the paper is to be disseminated on a broader basis.

this study based on statistical and cases studies

for the 6 point I suggest to add some experimental data and why didn't make a laboratory study?

This case study is well conducted and reminds me the drastic incidence of release of methyl isocynate (MIC) at Bhopal, India during 80's and significantly warrants these type of research in much more details

During my doctoral research at pre-clinical toxicology division, I have been exposed to different aspects of developmental toxicology, particularly reproductive toxicity involving signalling pathways like programmed cell death (apoptosis). We studied the effects of drugs on signalling pathways (i.e. apoptosis) in mediating teratogenesis (birth defects) in rat embryos. So I am quite familiar with drug research and now days, the toxicity of drugs is of great interest because of the presence of high drug users in our society. The present study conducted by Dr. Marashi reminds me the drastic incidence of release of methyl isocynate (MIC) at Bhopal, India during 80's and significantly warrants these type of research in much more details. The present case study has been well presented with the relevant facts and figures. It would have been excellent if author could have done some recent mol bio research to come up with some kind of solid conclusion and insight. Even though it's good enough. I enjoyed the case study.

I am familiar with Hydroxyethyl Starch (HES) as a prohibted banned substance from International Olympic Committee  in competive endurance athletes. As a PhD Nutritionist, I advised and worked with several elite and Olympic athletes. This substance does expand volume in circulatory pathways and may mask certain other IOC banned substances. Dr. Marashi's Case Report has expanded my knowledge of this substance.
